You're invited to a Winter Yoga Retreat with Mary Sage!

During the week of January 24-31, 2009, Mary Sage Syverson will host a revitalizing and healing yoga retreat at Present Moment, located in Troncones, Guerrero, one of the last sacred and authentic destinations in Mexico. Present Moment Retreat offers a sublime setting for nurturing your self and your soul.

Daily schedule includes:

7:30-9:00 Good Morning Yoga
9:00-12:00 A leisurely healthy brunch
12:00-4:00 Free Time
4:00-5:30 Lazy Afternoon Yoga
6:00 Dinner

All levels are welcome. You can do as much or as little as you want to.

Your package includes:
Ocean view bungalow (based on double occupancy)
Morning and afternoon yoga classes
Gourmet brunch daily
A welcome dinner and farewell dinner
Full use of the retreat including the pool and hot tub

Mary Sage is an advocate for empowerment through yoga and living intentionally. Her approach to teaching blends the physical integration and structural alignment with self-awareness and compassion. She specializes in teaching Yoga for Back Strength and Restorative Yoga.
